I have had a sore throat for a few days now. It feels like i have burnt my throat but i know i haven't.
This morning when i woke up i checked my throat and there are lots of little cuts in my throat and on my gums and the underside of my tongue is numb.

i have no other symptoms but am worried that i may be having an allergic reaction to something, or have a throat infection. Can anyone help?
