I have a relative living with me. He has some scabs on his lower legs. This has been there for over a year that I know of. He can get rid of the scabs after soaking, leaving a red place, but just comes back. There's no pus. We have tried vitamin E and peroxide. He's taking alternative things - teas and silicone.
