I came onto this site after having my colon removed, my b12 level was only 245 yet my doc refused me b12 injections, I was told about a jarrow formula on wrongdiagnosis that you purchase from america, they are 5000 mg a tablet. I bought these, but contary to reports I did not leave them to dissolve in my mouth for 45 mins, prob 10 max, I took 3-4 tablets a day, 4-5 weeks later I had another test and I had my level up to 700, I continued with the tablet and now am over 1000, which is over limit in uk but not all countries. I changed docs and my new doc will now give me injections to keep my limit up. I must admit I didnt have much faith in the tablets but they do work. This wasnt the miracle treatment I had hoped for, to increase my energy levels and make me feel better as I have many other medical conditions but I am only in my 30's. I just wanted to reassure others that the tablets do work
