Slick Skin Syndrome (I made that up), but my fingertips have indeed become slick. I continually drop things and I wondered why I was becoming so clumsy. Then I noticed that the skin on my fingertips were very "slick" and things keep slipping out of my hands as a result. I've never had this problem before. I'm 53 and noticed the problem in the last couple of years or so. It's frustrating--I've become a real klutz. Is this a normal consequence of aging? As the skin on my hands tends to be dry, I've tried various lotions with no favorable result. Is there any remedy or treatment?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
