I don't run too much, but I'm not overweight at all. I only run for school or if I really have the urge to. If I haven't ran in a while and I run a mile, afterwards I cough if I breathe in too much and I get phlegmy while I run. It stops after I get used to running after a few days. Is this normal? Is it just an occurrence from not running/doing cardiovascular that takes a lot of air?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
