I am a male 70 yrs of age who is diagnosed with PD. In the last year my speaking ability has plumetted as excessive saliva builds up, lips pucker, tongue favors the lips and left side of face thereby impeading the transfer of saliva to the throat. My jaw also droops but if I raise my facial cheeks with the hands, I am able to speak clearly.... Anyone experienced this condition and if so what treatment was/is available?

Thanks
