When Im sleeping Ill get pain just under my rib cage and its so bad it wakes me up and I have a hard time falling back asleep. Also when I do wakeup to this, Ill try yawning (deep breath) and it hurts my lower back a lot, so much i have to stop yawning.
This only happens when Im sleeping, sometimes it lasts until I get up and then about 30-60 mins after I get up, with the pain slowly going away.
What could be wrong? Should I goto a Doctor?
