I've had a hernaited disc in my lumbar spine for the past 5 years. Four years ago they did an MRI and it was verified. I live in constant pain and cannot do the normal things anyone else does without wearing a back belt. This week the MRI was repeated and the new one says the herniated disc is gone, healed itself.
