  • Sounds like sciatica. You may have injured a disk in your back or a nerve. Please don't put your foot in hot water again. THe last thing you need is a burn on top of the pain. Sciatica is one of the worst pains you can ever have --it can be worse than child birth or kidney stones and they are both nightmares. Please go to your doc and if you are diagnosed with sciatica then ask about a pain management specialist. They have options other than just narcotics to make life liveable again. I know because I have it. Good Luck and God Speed
