Does anyone have a diagnosis for the the following symptoms please ?
Every morning when i wake up I have a brownish coloured film formed on the roof of my mouth which i can physically scrape off with my finger nail and a rather pugnent taste to boot.
Upon waking (because it's so unpleasant) I have to rush to the bathroom to thouroughly clean my teeth and gargle with mouthwash.When i gargle the contents left in the sink are of a similiar brownish colour.
I'm 33 years old , male , do not drink or smoke and I'm in good health with no other health or well being problems.My teeth and gums are in good order. One thing I do notice is that within 5 minutes of laying down to sleep , my whole mouth (and lips) become extremely dry.
I'm pretty sure it's not gingivitis having read about the symptoms of that on here.
If anyone has any suggestions as to what this problem is I would be most grateful.
