I'm a 23 healthy male, 5'11", 160lbs, never been overweight. Have 120/70 blood pressure.
I've been having problems this past year with sudden vision loss and double vision (lasts a few minutes each time). Last month I had maybe about a dozen episodes of blindness/double vision in my left eye. I've also been having lots of dizziness and trouble walking at times.
I went to an eye doc, said everything looked ok. Went to a neurologist, he thinks I have Amaurosis Fugax, meaning there is a clot preventing blood from reaching my retina. It explains the sudden loss of vision, but not the double vision.
Do you think there are other clots in parts of the head that are causing my double vision and dizziness? Why am I having blood clots in the first place?
