Found a lump between my anus and left pelvic bone a few weeks ago. The best way I can describe it is that it's a movable lump with the consistency of a semi-firm rubber ball that I can best access when I insert my right thumb in my vagina and place my index and next fingers on the skin between the anus and the left pelvic bone. It's about the size of an olive and becomes a little tender after I've felt around on it/checked it out, otherwise, there's no indication that it even exists so it was a surprise when I first felt it.
I'm a 42 y.o. caucasian female of average or less weight. There's no history of any skin, glandular or cancerous conditions in me or my family members, I'm not on any medications and believe I'm in perfect health otherwise. Any ideas about what it might be?
