Help for a Replacement Reconstructive Surgery on 32 yr old R-side implant NEEDED!

Am seeking help, guidance, charities, funds, grants, loans and / or donated surgery time for my 32 yr. old Right-side only botched Saline implant. The result of the surgery was NOT cancer related, but is related to my Traumatic Brain Injury on the whole left-side of skull as a child. As a result of everything gone wrong to my breast and implant from the get go. I went from a good career to Soc Sec Disability. I have been scouring the Internet for help for the last 21 yrs. Prior to that, would physically go to charities and surgeons offices to get help but would always leave in tears. Now I possibly face Lymphnode cancer as a result of this. The orig surgeon never explained anything to us re: side-effects, replacements, death by silicone, nothing... He also inserted the implant in the wrong spot too and never listed a Manufacturer or Part number in my surgical file. (Which I DO have) I've never had anyone to turn to as the surgeon retired and left me high and dry with no where to turn unless I had a pocket full of cash. I was 17 when this surgery was done, just a kid who has regretted this for 32 years. I just turned 50 and I WANT TO LIVE!!

If anyone can help with suggestions or avenues to take that I haven't been on in the last 32 years. PLEASE comment..
Anything is MUCH appreciated. Thank you
