Very rare! I too thought I had this!

Mine was a spinal cord issue finally diagnosed. It caused my pelvic muscles to lock up so bad the symptoms were ridiculously severe. Had an appointment for a shot into the nerve until someone looked at my MRI again.

I'm happy you got a diagnosis and actually found someone to help. I live in a huge city and that shot was almost impossible to get!
