I had a c-section 6 months ago and had a spinal epidural done. The anesthesiologist had trouble and ended up puncturing me 3 times. The second time he actually got the catheter in and i felt a bunch of warm flifluid flow out a few times. He eventually took it out and on the third attempt, it was successful.
Beginning the very first night night, I had severe upper back pain...burning and stabbing. It has not gone away and is constant, unless I am lying down or sit with a pillow pressed on my center back. The pain is above the injection site...in my upper middle back. The doctors cannot figure out what it is.
I'm supposed to get an MRI but am having trouble with my insurance. Can someone help me figure out what it is? I am not on medication because I exclusively breastfeed.
