Chronic vomiting and stomach pain

Posted In: Abdominal Pain Anonymous | March 12, 2014 | 06:58 PM

My 17 year old daughter has been dealing with daily vomiting and stomach pain for no apparent reason. She has been hospitalized 3 times. The vomiting got so bad, she was throwing up 15-30 times per day. They have run tons of tests and cannot find any physical reason. Now they are saying must be disconnect between brain & central nervous system. They want to send her to Mayo clinic for 3 week intensive therapy program. If they don't fix this, I'm afraid she will die. She has already lost 50#. WE felt the same way with trips to the ER; that they felt like we were just trying to get narcotics. This is horrible!
