2 yr old with daily mouth ulcers, rash, abdominal pain, temp of 100.5- and Mommy can't fix it!

My 2yr old has had mouth ulcers since mid July. Everyday they change size, shape, color (from yellow to white), location and quantity, sometimes a dozen. She typically gets a temp up to 100.5 every afternoon. She has a rash around the mouth and on her upper thighs. She complains her tummy hurts a lot. She's seen a number of drs and specialists who treated her sores with lysene, topical and oral coticosteroids, coconut oil, etc. She's tested negative for herpes virus, hand foot & mouth, ALL autoimmune diseases, and even restricted her diet to gluten free, dairy free, peanut free and processed meat free. She is taking calcium, vitamin d, b complex and Echinacea. Her sores still linger. Somebody please help! Mommy can't fix it!
