    I've lost weight. I went from 97 to 89. My mouth tastes sweet even if I don't eat sweets at the time. I get stomach pain and nausea after eating carbs. I sleep about 11-13 hours and I'm constantly tired still.

    I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and also anemic. Now all my blood work says everything is in normal range, but I still do not feel much better. I was wondering what is missing, maybe another deficiency, or thyroid or adrenal problem, not sure what to think, and my spine is tender.
