I had a Nissan Fundaplication 3 years ago and am now coughing that leads to "heaving". I CANNOT vomit. It is now thought that the Fundaplication is too tight. I am scheduled to have this repaired are enlarged by use of pneumatic dilation with risks of tearing. Anybody out there have any experience with this? I will also add that I am waiting for a Liver Transplant and am a total mess.
