Hi, I'm a 14-year-old female and have suddenly visible veins on my arms, wrists, hands, and fingers.

One or a few bulge out just a little bit, but I haven't really done anything lately that I think would cause it to do that. If I raise my arms, it looks like nothing happened, but once I lay them down again, they become noticeable. I took a hot shower, and it seemed to help a bit, but I'm scared more veins will start to show up (once again, only one actually protrudes). Lately, I haven't been very active, so could that be the cause? I use my computer a lot for my homework, so could that be a factor too? What could I do? They seem better now, but my hands feel kind of tingly (just a little bit).
