ridiculous pain solely at urethral opening, help!

Please help me!
I'm 16 years old and received the HPV shot and have been tested for all possible STDs. My UTI tests always come back negative. I do not have any other symptoms of having a kidney stone although I have not been tested for that.
But anyway, my urethral opening hurts on and off every 1-3 days, it's a constant, solid pain that usually starts after I pee and doesn't go away for 5 or so hours. I have been having these pains for probably a year now. I am sexually active... but... not as much lately because the frequency of the pains has increased. It is not UNBEARABLE pain but it is enough to keep me up and keep me from wanting to do anything. Sometimes I think drinking water helps, but it's hard to tell. Today I had a giant bottle of water and I still had pain a few hours later.
I don't know if this makes a difference as to my diagnosis but I tried having sex once even though I felt the pain just in my urethral opening... and when he went in all the way (deep) it hurt so bad I cried! I made him drive me home immediately and he was pretty confused... so...anyone else having this problem?
