I've had non-stop menstrual bleeding since November. The doctor and gynos can't find a cause for it.
My have always been regular up until now.
The bleeding is mostly bright red and light, it's only really enough fir 1-2 sanitary towels a day.
I have no other symptoms, no cramps no pain at all. I haven't had any pain or sickness at all.
No other illnesses.
I'm 25 years old.
I've never been sexually active.
No weight changes/ problems or excess hair or anything to indicate PCOS.
Smear tests where normal. Ultra sounds normal.
No fibroids or cysts.
Stress has also been ruled out.
Hormone, thyroid, B12 etc normal.
My iron was normal until my most recent test which was slightly low even though I have plenty of iron in my diet.
I'm starting to worry because the gyno mentioned the possibility of a hysterectomy to me and it freaked me out.
Anyone have any ideas what it could be?
