I am 38 years old. Up until the last three or four years, I had a regular 5 day cycle that was moderate flow and had no symptoms of pms. For the last few years, I've suffered increasing pms symptoms and now have a three day flow, that varies considerably. This month, I had a massive amount of pain, most of the bleeding was concentrated in the first two days, and only spots on the third. I've had a lot of weight gain in the last three years as well, and I'm wondering if this is early menopause or something more sinister. Any help or advice would be great.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
