My periods have never been regular. My first pregnancy, I didn't have a period for 6 months prior to becoming pregnant, didn't experience bleeding throughout the pregnancy, and it took 4 months after the pregnancy for my period to return. It was slightly heavier than normal, but not much. I gave birth 6 months ago. I had my first period 2 weeks ago and had to go to the ER the bleeding was so bad and was heavy for a week. My doctor stated my uterus is 10x thicker than it should be, so they have to do a d and c and send samples to the lab.
I can handle certain pain, but when it comes to issues with my lady parts, I'm a wuss.
