Doctors Can't Seem To figure out what's wrong

I've been stuggling with this since I was 16 (I'm 25 now). I suffer from very irregular period (I'll get them from once a month to once a year), Even if I don't have the bleeding I will STILL get the severe cramping, bloating, PMS, cravings, etc. I have been to the ER about 3 times. 1 time they said it was nothing, secound time they said it was a ruptured cyst and the last time (which was 5/14/12) they said I have a cyst. My dr. ob/gyn did hormone testing and said she doesn't think its polycystic. But these pains are extreme. I mean I just lay down on the bed (more or less hold on for dear life) and scream. Tramadol doesn't work and Vicodin just takes the edge off.

I'm at the point where I just want my uterus removed and deal with menopause...

Oh, and the day I had the most extreme pain I had bad nausea, bloating and hot flashes.

Is anyone out there having (or had) the same issues?

Lastly is it common for a cyst to rupture the apendex? My cyst is on the right ovary.

Thank you
