Has anyone ever experienced this? Three weekends in a row I have woken up with what feels like a bladder infection (I've had them before so I know what it feels like). It lasts for about a half a day - and then is gone. So I think, hmmm, must have been something else. Then the next weekend it happens again. I haven't gone to the docs, because by the time Monday rolls around there's nothing - no pain, no urge to urinate, etc. I can't figure it out. If it's a bladder infection, it wouldn't just come and go like that, would it? Anyone?

  • Doesn't sound like a UTI, although it could be. It is possible to have a UTI without symptoms, so it is possible for the symptoms to flare if you're under stress or eat/drink certain things. It could be IC, but it sounds very mild for IC. Usually the pain is very bad and for most people flares last longer. Still a possibility though - IC works differently for different people. Also could be kidney stones, though again, rather mild.I'd see a doctor, especially if it starts happening more often or the pain/symptoms get worse.
