Very strange problem

So, first off, im 25 year old and male. What has been happening for more than a decade is a painful, stinging burning after urinating, that makes it feel like i have to constantly go.

This happens usually once a year, maybe twice, and sometimes not at all. It is exceedingly uncomfortable, but shows absolutely no signs of being anything out of the ordinary, aside from the pain involved that takes a while to drift away.

This is by no means a common occurance. ive been checked for STDs since the tiem this started, but do not have any. I wouldve seen a doctor by now, except that it only happens once or twice a year. I dont imagine it would be anything major if it was that far-seperated between relatively minor events. But it is so completetly frustrating and takes up about 95% of my attention when it happens.

I should note that this usually happens after orgasm, when im sick or on sedatives. But even then its rare. If anyone has any ideas, id be really grateful!
