I'm hoping someone on here can help. I have some bleeding symptoms that I can't seem to connect. First, I just had a urine test that indicated a small amount of blood in my urine (3-5 where 0-2 is normal). I also bleed slightly after sex (every time), and it seems to be coming from the outside. And, finally, I frequently bleed slightly after passing bowel movements. Since none of these symptoms are extreme (all mild bleeding), doctors don't seem too concerned. But, the combo of the three is really worrying me.
Other symptoms: long menstrual cycles (40-45 days) and mild bone density loss. (I am only 28.) I also had some weird dizzy spells here and there for a few weeks, but I haven't had one in several days now.
Of note: I had blood work done and it all came back normal. Normal WBC, no longer anemic, blood sugar OK, thyroid normal
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to connect the dots or are these truly separate problems?
