I have had urinary tract infections most of my life. For the past 2 years it has went untreated. Slowly getting worse. I had severe abdominal cramps for 1 day, unable to move. The next morning my urine was a foggy, dark orange with blood in it. I felt better for the rest of the day. The next morning I started my period, 2 weeks early and it appears to be mostly dark brown blood. Could the abnormal bleeding be related to the urinary tract infection? Could it be something serious?
