have ongoing rotten egg odor in urine for several months. 0 pain, frequency or urgency. 1 negative urinalysis. only diet change is type on soy drink I have for breakfast. Odor worse 1st thing in am. Am I looking at an undiagnosed urinary issue? Possible std or what?

  • If you have been tested then I wouldn't worry. Soy can cause the rotten egg odor. Asparagus is another one that I know of right off the top of my head. Not everyone will experience this however.

  • I have the same thing, also with no pain or urgency. I have become a vegitarian as of a month ago, I don't know if that could be to blame? I read that b12 vitimin can cause it, I am taking iron supplements but not b12, any ideas?
