Little concerned I may have this. Iam a 28 yr old male in good health. No past injuries or inflammations . About a month ago my foreskin slipped during sex and I had to go to hospital where my penis was manipulated by a nurse so the foreskin was no longer stuck.

That was when I started to have symptoms. Such as inflammation on end of penis and a double or even triple stream when urinating. My foreskin also looked swollen and there was/is still some discharge underneath.Never had a problem with smegma before. I don't get any pain urinating and can urinate fast and it isn't a struggle to use the toilet. The doctor said I had balanitis (foreskin inflammation) and the cream he gave me hasn't cleared it up.

I'm at a loss as to what is wrong. So being a bit anxious about my health read about strictures. Could it be a stricture or is my doctor right that it is an infection or inflammation?.Just a bit amazed the cream hasn't sorted it out.
