:confused:i have this topic on my discussion in class
a patient suffering BPH and he has urinary retention..the lab exams are not that complete but his Hb has got down to 9g%..and he has an anemic conjunktiva..and also in palpation we detected that ballotement is positive..maybe this shows that there is a backflow of urine back into ren.but however the lab exams is not that complete..but how do we relate anemia and BPH?or is it due to hydronephrosis that will cause renal failure?ureum is increased in one of the results..can u please help me..why do this patient suffered from anemia??huhu...helllllppp....:confused:
