Thick white discharge from urethra

I get chronic kidney/bladder infections, and each time I get a very thick and smooth white discharge that bubbles out of my urethra throughout the day (and appears like a white oily film in the toilet water). I get pretty large amounts of it at times (only during infection)

It is not vaginal discharge FOR SURE.

Does anyone know what this is, and if it means anything serious that I should know about?
