I have been running and biking and exercising almost every day for a year and a half. About 2-3 months ago I started wetting myself after 20 minutes or so of intense exercise. I can't feel it when this happens, I just notice a big wetness down below (I am a woman 33 years of age.)
I am going to make an appointment with a doctor, but have a feeling they won't know what this is. Has this happened to anyone and is there any hope of stopping this?
