Strange burning, doesn't seem to be an infection.

Hello. Just wondering what you guys might think of my symptoms. I'm having burning in my vagina that starts while urinating, or after touching, or after tampon insertion, which continues for some time. It comes and goes, but mostly crops up when it's hot. It is extremely uncomfortable. I had these same symptoms some years ago and was put on round after round of antibiotics that did nothing. It doesn't feel the same as an infection. It feels more like multiple cuts or burns. This is the last symptom I've been feeling lately and I wonder if they're related. I have difficulty swallowing, liquid and solids. They get stuck in my throat, and it's hard for me to burp, but when I do, food comes back into my mouth. I do have an underactive thyroid. I have been bloated for days at a time, for one period going for about two weeks without passing feces. I have a very sore throat, sore, irritated eyes, and sore irritated skin on my face. I'm also getting pain in my abdomen on and off. They're the general ones, anyway, hope you can help; my doctor is useless.
