I want to start with apologizing if this question has previously been answered. I searched the forums but couldn't find a conclusive answer. So my issue is, if I have been drinking a lot of fluids (water &&, || alcohol) I infrequently experience the sensation I have to urinate very badly. Sometimes doing so will cause the tip of my ***** to burn, sometimes not urinating when I have the same sensation will also cause this burning sensation. This lasts approx 20 min. During this time I feel like I constantly need to pee, and doing so helps for a few seconds but the sensation will come back. This has been going on since I was a teenager. I am now 26, and find it very irritating. There were a couple thing I have found over the years that help this problem out. First if I don't rush the ejaculation ( meaning for example If I were masturbating, I would go very slowly to make sure I was completely aroused ) before ejaculating, the sensation usually doesn't happen (unless I have been drinking a lot of fluids). Secondly I have found that standing to ejaculate seems to help the issue from starting. Essentially I have found this issue happens more times than not when I am in a sitting position and ejaculate, vs standing to the same outcome. (okay I had to say it once, no pun intended). Can anyone shed some light on this? It would be very much appreciated.
