I recently underwent 4 surgeries to repair a rectal-vaginal fistula. My last surgery was successful however recently (after 5 WEEKS) of nothing I am suddenyl passing gas through the vagina, no fecal matter just ALOT of gas. My doctor said I am healed, however I had a "sinus tract with abscess" that he "opened up" and it should heal on its own. I do not understand this. All I know is that I am once again passing gas via my vagina. What oes this mean and will it go away?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
