My father was diagnosed with Pneumonia and Spinal Tuberculosis after getting fever from contaminated water. Now his urine culture reveals a presence of Pseudomonas_aeruginosa. He is in terrible pain and has also got Urinary Tract Infection. What would be the best line of treatment for him?

He has been prescribed Levofloxin and Amikacin.
