Partially blocked urinary meatus (male)

well first off I had phimosis and I only pulled the foreskin down earlier this year (I am 22) and before that I had never cleaned my penis (glans, shaft etc) but when I did expose them for the first time I didn't see any segma or any other problems but the glans is kinda discoloured but I guess it's another problem.

first the urinary meatus opening is glossy pink and the inside is partially blocked. So when I pee the flow is V shaped.

I am pretty sure this was caused by years of unhygenic pratice but it would help if someone could reinforce my belife that it is cause by bacteria.

  • It will help to see a urologist, many complicated things can be wrong. You need a dilator, a plug you put in carefully. This can shape the opening. They do it at hospitals but that doesn't last, you must be able to do it at home. Use a bit of pre-ejaculate for lubrication, nothing else as the skin is easily harmed. I don't think being unhygenic was the problem - people were not created with a requirement to wash.
