Pain after urination

Hi, I'm a 17 year old male. For approximately a year, although I'm not sure to be precise, I've occasionally had a sensation after urination where it would feel like my bladder was being squeezed, or a razorblade was being implanted in my nether regions. :S
Initially, I saw a doctor who found nothing with urination tests, and could find nothing strange on physical inspection, however a second doctor suggested it might be the result of a hyper-reactive bladder. In response to this I tried to lower my intake of caffiene. Prior to that I had consumed a large amount of Pepsi Max daily, and I assumed that perhaps the caffiene levels had messed with something. Recently, however, I've had similar symptoms now and then. They happen more frequently after a long sitting at a computer where I've had to hold in the urine for a longer period of time and have been excited, for example if I'm doing a gaming stint.
I've had a urinary tract infection a while ago, but that was resolved. Now and then I'll have a pain in my testicles or penis, and it's generally when I'm sitting down. In addition to this, I've had stiffness in my lower back in the kidney regions. I've done a lot of growing over the past few years, but I'm guessing they're not just growing pains.
There's no blood in my urine, no cloudy or pungent urine, and no discharge. I've got no idea what it might be, but I'm reluctant to go back to my doctor immediately.
Any advice would be appreciated.
