Occasional and mild burning only after urination

Hello all;
I'm having a problem that I'm not sure is serious, but I'm nevertheless a bit worried about.

Every once in a while, after urination, I feel a mild burning around my urethra (I'm uncircumcized, btw). It goes away rather quickly, and usually only happens maybe once every week or two. I've been noticing it more lately, and I think I've had it before (I remember experiencing something similiar when I was little), but I've come to obsess over it lately because I had unprotected sex once four months ago; it was the only time I've ever not used a condom in my entire life, and being a bit of a hypochondriac, I've begun to think I have every STI out there. Has anyone else had anything like this? It's the only symptom of anything I've ever had - no burning during urination, no irritation, no discharge (or at least I've never noticed any), just a mild burning or tingling sensation occasionally after urination. Help?
