Mystery Problem

hello, I have 2 problems and I am unsure whether they are related to one another.

1)Frequent bloating and stomach cramps which only last a minute or two.

2)Frequent urge to urinate and pain when peeing although little comes out - I only get this occasionally but have had it several times each year for about 4 years now.

On the first note the doctor is now testing for sills disease (im not sure if i spelt that right), a glucose intolerance.

On the second problem I have been tested for all STD'S and come back negative and when my urine was tested last time there was a high white blood cell count although most times when i have this urinary problem they never find evidence of a UTI. The doc has also done tests for kidney problems, diabetes, cystitis, and some others, and stress-causation can be ruled out because many times I have got it at periods of no stress in my life.

Does anybody have any idea why I am getting this repeatedly? I feel like crying its getting so stressful having this. Please please please help with any suggestions you may have. Thankyou
