Left flank pain for a year

19 year old female. For a year, I've had left flank pain that occurs almost daily. I have nausea most of the time too. Within the past year, I've had: kidney stones, kidney infections, UTI's, bladder infections, blocked ureter (nephrostomy tube placed, pain went way most of the time when I had it), blood in urine, and where it feels like I have to urinate a lot, but it's not much as I thought. I've been to a urologist and nephrologist. Neither of them think it's kidney related, but my internal medicine doctor thinks it is. When I was a baby, I did have a blocked ureter on the same side and did have a pyeloplasty to get it fixed. But out of nowhere, all of this happened. I stay hydrated and try to stay active when I can. I'm not sexually active, I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. Tramadol seems to help the best for the pain. What could this be?
