  • Your joking...right? You don't want to be touched or looked at. At a doctors office. You have to get over that. Why does it freak you out? Tell your doc how you feel about gettingexamined, maybe anti-anxiety meds can help. Learn to trust your doctor, communicationis vital to understanding each other during your visit. Work as a team for optimum healthcare! Always write down what you want to say to him before you leave the house, this way nothing will be forgotten . Don't worry, doctors are their to help you.;)
