I pee too much

I'm a boy, 16 years old, and i pee too much, a little bit each time i do.
I need to go on every school brake, and the more i think about going, the more urge to pee i have.
This does not happen when i'm in home, only outside it.
This is really troubling my life. I can't go anywhere thinking on when i'm going to have to pee, i don't go to school trips, i don't go out with my friends, i only like to be at home, where i have no problem at all, i just hold it for 6-8 hours no problem.
Also, when i'm sleeping i have no trouble, and i don't wake up on the middle of the night, but i always need to go before sleeping, and when i wake up.
I've made some medical tests some years ago where the doctors kind of shoved a tube up my penis to my bladder and filled it up with water or whatever it was, and they got to the brilliant conclusion that i had no problem at all.
I'm having this problem for about 5 years now.
Please everyone try to help me, i'm totaly freaking out with this...
Thank you

PS: Sorry if my English is not perfect, i'm from Portugal.

  • If I were you I'd have my kidneys checked... other thing that came to mind was diabetes inspidus... also, cutting your salt and caffeine intake might be useful. Don't you drink coffee in the mornings? This would explain why this occurs only when your in school.

  • Sounds like Overactive Bladder Syndrome. Your family doctor should be able to help you with this. If not, see a Urologist.http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/27001041/Pelvic floor exercises for men:http://www.healthtouch.com/bin/EContent_HT/cnoteShowLfts.asp?fname=07195&title=KEGEL+EXERCISES+FOR+MEN+&cid=HTHLTH
