:(i Am A 27 Year Old Female Who Seems To Have Always Frequented The Restroom. I Eat Healthy, Drink Lots Of Water, Take Vitamins, Have No Std's Or Diabetes.
But
Have Recurring Bladder Infections Or Uti's?? That Usually Can Be Haulted If I Take Enough Vitamin C. It Still Seems That No Matter How Much Water I Drink My Urine Is Never Clear And There Is Hardly Any!! I Get Up At Least Twice During The Night To Pee Every Night. I Am A Grad Student, So I Have No Insurance, No Campus Doctor, Sometimes This Is My Only Cure.
I Try To Prevent These Conditions As Much As Possible. No Baths, condoms, No Caffiene, No Drinking After 7, Kegiel Exercise Etc.. I Know That A Doctor Would Probably Be The Last Measure But I Would Like Any Other Advice Or Possible Diagnosis, So I Could Research. Thank You

  • Urinary problems are much relieved by acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Please try this route it should only take a few treatments to get your GI tract back in balance. You should be taking a good quality probiotic to keep your intestinal flora in good shape. This is helpful for chronic UTI's IME. Best wishesDOM

  • You might try eatig yogurt with active acidophilis. It raises the ph of the vagina and should help with the UTI and yeast infections. I also drink cranberry juice which is a mild diuretic. Often drug stores sell azt or similar for urinary tract infections over the counter, You could check for that. If it persists you really should see someone. Check for a free or income based clinic in your area. While seeing a doctor can be expensive it is better than kidney damage or incontinence.Debbie:(i Am A 27 Year Old Female Who Seems To Have Always Frequented The Restroom. • Hi, I keep getting timed out, ssoo quickly: Try the IC diet. It's opposite of the bladder infection diet. If you have IC cranberry juice & yogurt is out, so is chocolate & alcohol & spices. If you can't afford all the tests, it sure won't hurt a thing to try this, but at least get a basic urine test. Most clinics do them for about $10. You can even buy strips at Amazon.com. Bactrim or Septra is usually used for UTI's & is inexpensive. Both conditions cause cloudy urine & frequent b.room trips & severe pain. That's all I can say without getting timed out again! Do a search for IC (interstitial cystitis) & see if it fits your symptoms.Take care dear. You might try eatig yogurt with active acidophilis.
