I am a 20 year old female. For as long as I can remember I've gotten up 3-5 times at night to go to the washroom. It really effects my sleep. As well, I often lose control of my bladder when I sneeze, cough, laugh. Two questions, Is there anything I can do without going to a doctor to help it? And could it be linked to an operation I had when I was a baby for a blocked urethra?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
