Frequent urination

I have had this problem for about a year and none of the doctors or specialists I have been to seem to help me. I have to urinate all the time and it is not a little bit like a bladder infection. I actually have quite a bit of urine come out each time I go. Somedays I go 2 or 3 times an hour. Usually it is hard for me to wait a whole hour to go. I do not drink excessive amounts of liquids, I do drink some caffinated drinks and about 2 bottles of water or juice a day. I have been tested for bladder, kidney infections about 20 times with negative results for infection. I am tired of having to go all the time. Could it possibly be the caffeine? Not sure. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you
