Excessive urination to the point of dehydration

I am a 20-year-old male and for the past week I've had to use the bathroom once every 45 minutes or so to pee. Last night I woke up once every 45 minutes to an hour to pee and on the tail-end of my sleep schedule I was so dehydrated that I could hardly move, and had to get a glass of water to be able to get back to sleep.

I have no idea what's going on, here. Although, the last day that I had been normally peeing was spent sanding drywall and ceilings with a power sander. I was wearing a facemask, but it was a very poor one. I feel that may have something to do with it.

Any help would be appreciated...
