Hi guys, in the past few months I've started having to get up 3-6 times a night to urinate. It's always a large amount too, there's no pain or discomfort.
I've been feeling dehydrated to. I try to drink upto 2L of water a day but lately haven't been getting close. I only drink water with the occassional glass of milk, juice, cordial, but most days only water. No caffeine or alcohol at all.
I'm in my early 20's and have started experiencing headaches which I put down to dehydration, but now I have photophobia too. Going to see my doc soon but there's a few weeks wait. When should I be worried?
